This privacy policy describes how ImaginoVox (IMAGINOWEB) collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors and users of the imaginovox.fr website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

We only collect the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below:
- Form data : when you fill in the sign-up or contact form: name, email address, phone number, the name of your business and the content of your message.
- Live chat data : if you use the live chat (Tawk.to): the content of the conversation and associated technical data.
- Browsing data : technical data sent by your browser (IP address, device type, pages visited), within the limits of the cookies you have accepted.
We do not collect any sensitive data and do not carry out any profiling or fully automated decision-making about you.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your demo or information request and following up on it — Pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest
- Enabling conversations through the live chat — Your consent
- Ensuring the proper operation, security and audience measurement of the site — Legitimate interest and, for non-essential cookies, your consent
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the ImaginoVox teams only. We rely on technical sub-processors acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality and security obligations:
- Hostinger : website hosting (European Union).
- Tawk.to : provision of the live chat service.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our sub-processors may process data outside the European Union. In that case, such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) to ensure an adequate level of protection for your data.
6. Data retention
Your data is not kept longer than necessary:
- Prospect and contact data: up to 3 years from our last interaction;
- Customer data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with applicable legal periods;
- Cookies: for a maximum period of 13 months.

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, cookies related to the live chat. No advertising cookie is set.

10. Data processed through the ImaginoVox phone service
As part of our phone assistant service, ImaginoVox processes data about callers (for example name, phone number and booking details) on behalf of the client business, which is the data controller. Such processing is governed by a separate data processing agreement (DPA) entered into with each client business, and not by this policy.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
